Regan works with adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings. She supports clients working through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, sex addiction, technology addiction, money and work disorders, and difficulties within relationships and family systems. She has a particular passion for helping teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by today’s fast-paced, digitally connected world.

Her therapeutic approach is both relational and clinically grounded. Regan draws from narrative, solution-focused, experiential, and systemic therapies to help clients understand their stories, build insight, and create meaningful, lasting change. She is experienced in working with enmeshed family dynamics and helps clients establish healthier boundaries, communication patterns, and relational stability.

In her group work, Regan utilizes Dr. Patrick Carnes’ 30-Task Model, offering structure and support as members progress at their own pace while forming connection and community with one another.

Regan is also a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, providing an evidence-based treatment that helps clients resolve trauma and somatic distress efficiently so that past experiences no longer provoke overwhelming emotional or physical reactions.

As a Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT), Regan specializes in technology addiction as well as money and work disorders. She integrates this expertise into her work with clients who struggle with compulsive behaviors, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that disrupt daily life, relationships, and wellbeing.

Regan received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. She is a member of the American Counseling Association, the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals, and the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
