Regan Russo, MS, LAPC, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor.



She is trained to work with adults and adolescents. Her interest areas include helping people cope with life’s difficulties including anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.  Additionally, as an accomplished athlete herself, she has a passion with helping individuals be on their best game in sports endeavors.  



Before joining Relationship Recovery Center, Regan was employed at DeKalb Medical Center Emergency Department where she worked with individuals and family members for depression, anxiety, sexual and physical assault, bereavement, and palliative care.  Previously, she worked with individuals and groups at the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders (ACE) addressing such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, body image, teen and young adult life stage issues.  Her work at ACE included working with the patients directly as well as family members of the patients. 



Regan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling at The University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia. 

Regan is a member of the American Counseling Association.
